When it comes to influencer marketing, knowing your target audience is key. By understanding who you're trying to reach and the WHY behind it, then you can utilize strategic thinking to identify a "business plan" of sorts. This plan can help you point out key demographics that you want to engage with, find the tools to help you scale efforts with ease, and creative ways to engage (e.g. polls, direct messages, video content) that not only highlight your diverse skillset but also amplify your authentic voice.

You’re about to attend a networking event. What are the best ways to make it a success?
Keep it simple: 1. Identify if it'll be a learning, networking, or combo of the two experience. Then write down 3 actionable goals or key takeaway topics you want to gain from attending. 2. Warm up that elevator pitch and be able to say who you are, where you reside, and the value of your product offering in 30 seconds or less. 3. Prepare your virtual business card - e.g. QR code linked to your LinkedIn and Linktree with all of your contact info. 4. Write down what you learn in real-time to be able to reflect on it later. 5. Follow up, follow up, follow up.
