What are the common mistakes in executive presence?
Two leaders in my circle had a difficult struggle with clear and direct communication. They both spoke and wrote in a rambling stream-of-consciousness that was hard to follow and impossible to understand. Their emails suffered just as many tangents and distractions as their conversations. We tackled this challenge by focusing on written communication first. Each email was written & re-written three times: First to get the thoughts out, in whatever order they spilled out of the brain. Second to shuffle the sentences around until all related thoughts were together. Third for flow. Somewhere in this process their brain executed the same process in their conversations. Improving how they wrote improved how they spoke.

How do you ensure academic integrity and prevent cheating in online exams?
The short answer is: you can’t. The distributed nature of online learning prevents all the traditional forms of test proctoring, and leaves students able to use any resource they have. So, just go with it. Roll with the punches. Improvise, adapt, and overcome. Plan the exam as an open book/notes/resource test. Make the expectation clear and let them proceed with permission. Randomization and time boxing pushes them to move faster, and minimize their ability to look things up…but doesn’t eliminate it completely.
