Here's how you can enhance teamwork in a building design company through regular team-building activities.
Knowing your team and having the right activity is key. Not everyone wants to participate and making it meaningful or relatable helps. Sometimes a quick question with a quick answer from each team member, written on a board and then showing how all answers make a team or company is all you need. Don’t over complicate your team-building activity.

How can you debunk common team building myths?
An example of great Team-building is Top Gun. You can do something as easy as a football game. Any activity that makes your core group work together and accomplish a common goal is a success! If they can play a game or solve clues or even scavenger hunt, they can collaborate and learn how to strengthen the team! There are so many inexpensive ways to Team-build. You do not have to blow the budget!
