“Alex has worked with our product marketing team at Klaviyo for a few months now, and has proven to be an incredibly valuable writer and writing coach. She has also been extremely flexible — the project we had in mind initially ended up being deprioritized right before she started working, and she happily worked with us to pivot into more of a coaching role. That ended up being potentially even more valuable, as she worked with a handful of marketers on the team to sharpen their writing skills through both live (via Zoom) and asynchronous sessions. That was a tall ask, but she was able to elicit significant, noticeable improvement in just a few months. She also created a helpful guide for those who she wasn't working with directly, and was impeccably organized in project management (especially hour tracking, who she was working with on which projects, and progress of each team member). I feel very lucky she had the time to work with us, and I look forward to working with her again!”
