PAPER PUBLISHED: Journal of Information Technology Education: Research [June 2024]   TITLE OF PAPER: A Systematic Review of the UTAUT and UTAUT2 Among K-12 Educators   DOI: https://lnkd.in/eYAhJ52V   AUTHORS: Lisa Kittinger, Victor Law   AIM/PURPOSE:  The purpose of this systematic literature review is to evaluate the application of UTAUT and UTAUT2 frameworks in K-12 education.   FINDINGS:  The results show performance expectancy and social influence are the core factors most commonly used. We identified and organized a total of 27 new variables into a taxonomy. We identified discrepancies in the application of the models and further discussed them. The use of UTAUT and UTAUT2 in K-12 education is minimal. #InformingScienceInstitute;#UTAUT

It’s clear that entrenched biases regarding DEI hiring is pervasive, despite the clear data that shows it’s good for business. This is bad for consumers and stockholders. It takes authentic leadership to step up, show up, and follow up.

McMaster University has develop an application using #GenAI agents for structuring assessment in higher ed. This is the first use of multi-agents I have seen in Higher Ed and points to how GenAI and how we interact with it is changing. This application can develop both formative and summative assessments. Below is an example for Digital Humanities. This initiative highlights future uses of GenAI in education. https://lnkd.in/gvhry8ep
