Exponential growth has put a strain on internal resources and infrastructure to attract, develop and retain talent. Faced with these challenges, the Mansfield HR team realized that they needed an integrated talent management strategy to help develop, engage and retain employees. One prong of that strategy needed to be well -defined learning plans or career paths for employees. There was also great knowledge within the company but the lack of a good way to capture and share it across the organization. While searching for an LMS solution, the team quickly
realized that LMS technology has evolved beyond stand-alone systems into integrated talent management solutions that could support Mansfield’s needs in performance management, individual development and succession planning. After an exhaustive search, Saba Cloud was the platform chosen to deliver in all of those areas, plus its social networking capabilities provide new and different ways of engaging employees.
