I worked on the creation and publication of the British Standards Institution Code of Practice (PAS 89) for Enterprise Content Management.

I was one of the lead authors of this open source ECM Maturity Model. To date the model has been downloaded over 10,000 times and has spawned a number of further models and language translations. In 2014 ECM3 moved to become a part of MIKE.20.
