    Collaborated with a small team to develop a new marketing program that re-focused existing resources with key accounts. This redesign resulted in significant sales growth in several key markets and required no incremental financial resources.

    Developed a product segmentation strategy for our CA Insecticide Business that has led to a $40MM market in tree nuts.

    Collaborated on a team that designed a generic defense strategy that has allowed us to maintain 95%+ brand share in a very competitive market space.

  • CRM Strategy Development & Implementation

    Developed and led a CRM strategy implementation for the Coastal Business Unit. This project required collaboration with sales managers, marketing, and sales leaders. In addition to working with internal stakeholders I worked closely with a consulting company to develop training material for implementation of this project.

  • Implementation Of Strategic Account Management Team

    Designed a Crop Protection Strategic Account Management Team for the Western US focused on cross-selling across business platforms. This team compliments our current retail focused team by focusing on farmers who purchase Corteva Agriscience Crop Protection, Seed, Fumigants, and Digital Assets (Granular, Encirca, AcreValue). In addition to agronomic expertise this team brings additional resources to farmers including financing options and access to digital farming tools.

  • Pioneer Route To Market Transition

    Designed and implemented commercial route to market change in Western US for our Pioneer Seed Business. Moved business from a "buy/sell" dealer model to an agency model which services growers through exclusive and non-exclusive sales agents. This model drives more focus on sales prospecting and agronomy.

  • Hold Separate Business Divestiture and NA Organizational Redesign

    Led a sales and marketing team redesign for the US Business necessitated by product divestitures associated with the merger of DuPont and Dow. This work included creating a stand alone "Hold Separate" business that was eventually divested to FMC. Throughout this project, I led the creation of internal and external communication resources, worked closely with HR and other business leaders on talent selection, and worked with the Monitoring Trustee for the European Union on the "Hold Separate"…
