How can team communication tools enhance knowledge sharing and learning?
The feeling valued part takes the cake. Finding a shortcut, a process, or a better way or tool to use to accomplish a task is it really big deal. The devil is in the details, and the details are exposed through the sharing of knowledge. I can’t count how many times, just sharing my knowledge with someone else, actually resulted in them responding with a perspective I had not considered up until that point, and wound up having a substantial impact on what I was ultimately trying to accomplish. Making those individuals feel valued for doing so keeps more of that coming my way to leverage to my advantage, and ultimately what I can contribute to the team—which is good for all involved.

The site needed to be meticulously created to assist potential clients in navigating a Medicare questionnaire with multiple back doors and reroutes to ensure the lead was hot as possible and well-vetted. Monitored close and sales rates and communicated them to Primerica partners en route to shattering pre-set goals for the first year of the program!
