I love what SKIMS did with its outdoor essentials campaign. I'm thrilled to see companies are understanding the value of employee-led campaigns. PRWeek said it perfectly, "The hottest influencers you've never heard of: your employees." Don't get me wrong, I believe in traditional influencer marketing whole heartedly -- it makes perfect sense for so many reasons. But add in employee led -- a narrative from the people who know the brand best and are proud of what it stands for -- you save $$ and add an element of authenticity that users will always crave on social. There's room for both types of #influence. #employeeadvocacy is not going anywhere. It's only getting bigger and more important and it has lots of angles to it. The algorithm will continue to favor organic, non-paid looking posts. Why not lean into another avenue and test & learn? The summer of girlhood isn’t over—the new OLIPOP PBC x Barbie collab proves it. You might be thinking, why is Olipop coming out with this new Peaches & Cream Barbie beverage *now*? Awards season is over, and we’re not likely to see any new renditions of “I’m Just Ken” anytime soon. But people, myself included, are eager to try this latest Barbie collab. So much so that these soda cans are outselling eggs. Yes, eggs. But, honestly, it makes sense. This collaboration perfectly captures two key tenets of girlhood: beloved icons and sweet treats. Both are integral parts of how women are healing and expressing themselves today. Reaching back to childhood favorites or fangirling over a talented woman is a shared experience among women that provides hope and a sense of community. As for the sweet treat? For many, it’s what helps maintain good mental health when the economy is crushing and the simple joys have to turn more practical. It’s exciting to see brands continuing to invest in girl culture. Women of all ages are shifting the tides and are behind so many important cultural discussions, generally in online spaces. If you’ve thought about your Roman Empire or if you’d choose to be alone with a man or a bear recently, you can thank girl culture. We need more brands to learn from Olipop and starting tapping into girl culture—even when there’s not a movie tie-in with a multi-million dollar advertising budget coming out. I, for one, will be hunting down my own can of Barbie Olipop this weekend.

Step 4:Cook in batches and store meals in portion-sized containers. Step 5: Enjoy your prepped meals throughout the week, saving time and staying healthy.
