Congratulations to the City of Chicago on its completion of a $227,925,000 bond deal. The City of Chicago will use the proceeds from the sale of the bonds to refund certain Outstanding Second Lien Wastewater Transmission Revenue Bonds of the city. Zuber Lawler served as co-bond counsel for The City of Chicago, with Zuber Lawler’s team comprised of attorneys Eileen M. Letts, Jim Robertson, and Carla Pareja Paris. Zuber Lawler was also recently designated co-bond counsel for the City of Chicago’s upcoming $1.25 billion bond Issuance for affordable housing.
