Chris Kearns has recently joined ZDS Architecture and Interiors as the Director of Business Development of the Washington, DC office! Prior to joining ZDS, Chris was the Manager of Business Development at a DC based real estate consultancy offering interior design, agency, and consulting services to hospitality, residential, and office clients. After four years at his previous employment, Chris developed strategic plans for new-business initiatives and cultivated long-term relationships with clients across the DMV and the country. Chris previously spent nearly four years at a DC based management company, leading their residential leasing center, and before that worked for a commercial management team in National Landing. Chris has a broad range of experience across the DC real estate community and a true passion for relationship building. He currently lives in his hometown of Kensington, MD. ZDS is excited to have you on the team, Chris! 😃
