    You're probably tired of hearing from me, so I'll let Kolby Seemann speak for today's case study. Results are in... - engagement rate: +2% - click-through rate: -47% - churn rate: -24% 🚀 Cancelation related to this email dropped drastically. Click-throughs to the portal also dropped as customers interacted with the email rather than logging into the site. Contrary to marketing dogma, click-throughs are not always good, and Zaymo's mission is to make links irrelevant!
