  • 👋 Meet Nate Saada, ‘21YC, an alumnus of Yeshiva College, where he majored in computer science! 🎓 Nate's career journey has been shaped by diverse experiences, including an internship with Birthright Israel Excel. “One of the best things I have done for my career was to join an elite summer program called Birthright Excel. It was very intense and demanding, teaching me how to ideate, work with speed, and rapid prototyping. By the end of the summer, each team pitched their startup in front of top VCs including Lightstone, Viola Ventures, and Porsche Ventures.” Additionally, during his time at YU, Nate significantly impacted student life as the Director of Consulting for the TAMID Group and as a Resident Advisor. His journey led him to his current role as a Creative Technologist at Accenture, where he's been for three years. “I've worked on various projects, including a GenAI application for a Life Science client and blockchain and cloud transformation projects,” he shares. Nate's daily role involves tech innovation strategy, product management, and client-facing tasks while collaborating daily with designers and developers within the field. Currently, Nate is a Prompt Engineer on a Generative AI project and is the overall project manager.   • 👋Meet Shayna K., ‘24SCW, a recent graduate of Stern College for Women, where she majored in political science and minored in Judaic studies and digital media!🎓 Shayna will soon serve in the prestigious role of Yeshiva University Stanton Fellow, and begin her pursuit of a J.D. at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School Reflecting on her time at YU, Shayna shared, “The SGC, specifically Mrs. Illana Julius, has played a huge role in enabling me to find success after my time at Yeshiva University. It was Mrs. Julius who encouraged me to apply to the YU judicial internship, which has granted me real-life courtroom experience in the New York Supreme Court for the past two years.” She is grateful to the SGC for their support, stating, “Mrs. Julius was there for every step of my law school application process, ready and willing to assist me with my statements and help plan to maximize my chances at success.” She advises students to “reach out and create that first meeting with an advisor from the SGC.   • 👋Meet Ariel Dufresne, ‘24SB, a recent graduate of the Sy Syms School of Business, where he majored in finance and accounting!🎓 💼Throughout his time at Yeshiva University, Ariel has completed significant internships that have enriched his professional journey. In the summer of 2022, he interned as an Investment Analyst at GMAIMON in Caesarea, Israel. The following year, Ariel continued to excel through his internship as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Rothschild & Co. This summer, Ariel will begin his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Rothschild & Co., where he looks forward to applying his skills and contributing to the firm's success. 🌟In addition to his internships, Ariel served as vice president of the YU International Club, wrote for the Venture Capital Club, and worked as a Peer Tutor.   • 👋 Meet Sara Elyassian, ’25SCW, a dedicated student at Stern College for Women majoring in Speech Pathology and Audiology!🎓 During her time at YU, Sara has held significant leadership roles, including President of the Sephardic Club and the Student Holocaust Education Movement. She also serves as a Madricha, guiding new students through their transition to university life. During summers, Sara shadows speech therapists, gaining hands-on experience. Reflecting on her internships, Sara shares, "My last internships have been extremely helpful in solidifying my decision to become a speech-language pathologist. In the summer of 2022, I had the privilege of volunteering at Keren Or, Inc., a school for blind children with complex disabilities. This experience has been transformative for me and the fulfillment I received each day from this experience made me believe that I have a passion for this wonderful field.” 💼 Sara credits the Shevet Glaubach Center, for their support in shaping her career path, explaining, “The Shevet Glaubach Center has been nothing but helpful and patient with me. They have helped me edit my resume, write personal statements for various internships, and helped me find internships and other opportunities pertaining to my fields.   • 👋 Meet Limor Kohanim, ’24SCW, a recent graduate of Stern College for Women and the 2024 Yeshiva University valedictorian! 🎓 🌟Limor majored in Computer Science with a minor in Math and made a significant impact through her academic journey. 💼During her time at Stern, Limor took full advantage of every opportunity, securing impactful internships such as interning at Credit Suisse as a Software Engineering intern, as well as becoming a Data Science Research Intern at Microsoft, where she sharpened her skills and expanded her professional network. Limor's impact extended beyond internships, as she had also served as the Tech Track Co-Director of TAMID at YU! Reflecting on her internship experiences, Limor shared, "I have been incredibly lucky to have had 4 internship experiences throughout college. They have prepared me for the real world and taught me how to forge invaluable connections in the workspace and pick up new things quickly. Additionally, I learned how to put into use my skill set in the most efficient manner to solve complex problems and broaden my technical knowledge simultaneously. What I learned the most has been how to listen attentively and ask the right questions to both show interest and enthusiasm as well as learning as much as possible." 🌟 Her advice to students on maximizing their internship experience: “My one tip for making the most out of your internship experience is speaking and networking with as many people as possible."   • 👋 Meet Yonatan Fine, ’24YC, a recent graduate and the Yeshiva University 2024 valedictorian! 🎓 📚 With a major in Psychology and a minor in English, Yonatan will be attending Yale Law School this fall, focusing on disability law and transactional law. During his time at YU, he interned for Judge David Cohen of the New York Supreme Court 1st Judicial District and dedicated his summers to working with Yachad in order to promote inclusion for individuals with special needs. 💼Additionally, Yonatan had also spent his time at YU as an Associate Justice of the Wilf Campus Student Court. Yonatan has shown exceptional leadership and commitment to community service.
