A heartfelt thank you to Suneet Bhatt and My Authentic Story for their invaluable guidance at our #XCHXPO24. Suneet taught us the value of shifting from an external to an internal locus of control. Building on the empowerment driven by that concept, he facilitated productive cross-functional feedback sharing. A key takeaway was the exercise to envision our company hitting its “Big Hairy Audacious Goal” #BHAG and to describe how our individual roles contributed to this success. Our 2024 theme, #BetterTogether, emphasizes our dedication to building a thriving company through stronger connections and collaboration. I have 4 IMdb credits working behind the scenes on short films. What does bold mean to you? Boldness means envisioning and pursuing what others may deem impossible. It involves transforming something dull or unremarkable into something extraordinary that elicits a "WOW" response from our clients. What is your favorite XCH memory? I had a blast at the lip sync battle during the XCH XPO. My team and I had so much fun creating our costumes and performing a song by SIA together. To top it off, we even won a prize. Why do you love working at XCH? I love the wide variety of projects. I may start the week storyboarding a video and end it mocking up a website or brainstorming a campaign. The work range keeps things interesting! What is your best work-from-home “hack”/tip?
