World Childhood Foundation USA is thankful that Safe Horizon is working nonstop to protect children from child sexual abuse and exploitation. We are glad to support their work!
We are proud to support Safe Horizon, the nation’s leading victim assistance organization, which has a community-based network response to child sexual abuse and youth homelessness in New York City. Our funding helps support the mental health engagement of youth at Safe Horizon’s Streetwork Uptown Drop-in Center in Harlem. Designed to promote safety, stability, and self-sufficiency, the project provides young people with easy access to a range of critical services in a low-threshold, non-judgmental manner. They work with survivors “to move from crisis to confidence.” Please follow them at Safe Horizon and visit their website at safehorizon.org.
