Stay Safe This Fourth of July: • Firework Safety: Attend public displays instead of using personal fireworks. If using personal fireworks, follow local regulations and keep a bucket of water or hose nearby. • Heat Protection: Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, and take breaks in the shade or indoors to avoid heat exhaustion. • Sun Safety: Apply sunscreen regularly, wear protective clothing, and use hats and sunglasses to protect against UV rays. • Rest and Relaxation: Ensure you get enough rest, especially if engaging in outdoor activities, to maintain energy and avoid fatigue. • Post-Holiday Recovery: Get plenty of rest and stay hydrated before returning to work to ensure you’re refreshed and ready.
