About us
With a Little Help is a locally owned, licensed in-home care company serving King, Snohomish and Pierce Counties for over two decades. We work on a one-on-one basis with our clients in their home setting whether it be the family home, an apartment or condo, a retirement community, an assisted living or a skilled nursing facility or an adult family home. We pride ourselves on our ability to find the right match between caregiver and senior, creating a relationship similar to the one the senior might have with a family member or close friend. We watch for changes in the senior’s physical and mental health abilities and offer another set of eyes and ears to communicate with the family and others involved with care. We can help with transportation, lessening isolation, providing good nutrition, making sure meds are being taken, and much more, giving peace of mind to clients and their families.

She began her career in elder care in 1990 as a caregiver, and since then, has navigated various roles, from owning and operating adult family homes to being the Executive Director of an assisted living community. Dawn is an active member of our community, serving on the board at the Senior Center of West Seattle and participating in Rotary. We were lucky enough to meet her initially through this community involvement and feel grateful to West Seattle Chamber of Commerce and Senior Center of West Seattle for connecting us! Dawn values her lovely family which includes her Husband, three children, grandson, and two dachshunds, and is all about adventure- enjoying live music, hiking, camping, and road trips. If you see Dawn out in the community, say Hi! We are sure you’ll enjoy connecting with her as much as we have.
