Carter will work alongside meteorologist Molly Bernard on 'WISN 12 News This Morning' from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Carter will also report for 12 News throughout the week.
