Today, we honor Juneteenth. WIN proudly addresses race disparities and closes the gap in family-building and family well-being care for Black women and men in a number of ways: - Increasing BIPOC representation among our Nurse Care Advocates (40% to date!) is key to broadening understanding in fertility and family-building options and closing the gap to care for the African American community - WIN’s national network of fertility providers allows 90% of the US population to be within 30 minutes of an affiliated high-quality fertility sub-specialist - WIN provides evidence-based mental support to help lower stress and improve overall well-being while navigating deep cultural stigmas Together, we can break down barriers and facilitate equitable access to family-building and family well-being care and support for all. Conventional fertility benefits may not meet the family-building needs of all employees, particularly those who identify as LGBTQIA+. Unequal access to LGBTQIA+-affirming benefits widens the gap to equitable family-building care and support and is detrimental to organizations trying to attract and retain diverse workforces. With high out-of-pocket costs to grow a family, more and more companies are offering family-building and family well-being benefits from WIN to their employees to support all of their employees in growing the family of their dreams. We're dedicated to supporting every unique path to parenthood. Our inclusive family-building solutions include reciprocal IVF, donor services, adoption and surrogacy journeys, and access to 1:1 financial coaching. We're here to help employees navigate their dreams of parenthood, offering step-by-step assistance in obtaining grants and financial resources along the way. Together, we can break down barriers and facilitate equitable access to family-building and family well-being and support for all.
