The number of hybrid job postings in the UK remained steady in July, suggesting demand for flexible working arrangements is here to stay. The data from our talent intelligence and labour market analytics platform showed 3.1% of all job postings were for hybrid positions. Meanwhile, the number of fully remote roles has fallen for the sixth month in a row, dropping to 3.8% in July. We think the number of remote roles will continue to decrease this year, but hybrid will continue to hold steady. What about you? Do you agree?
