Student housing developments serve as vibrant community centers for new and returning graduate students, where amenities such as courtyards, meeting rooms, study spaces, fitness centers, retail shops and restaurants, play critical roles in establishing a sense of place and pride. 🏗️ Willdan currently provides construction oversight and quality control management for several large-scale student housing projects in Texas and California, and we look forward to strengthening these partnerships – and more – in 2024!
