Personalized Patient Experience: Taking a cue from Duolingo and using AI to deliver tailored education, revolutionizing patient engagement with a focus on individual needs. 2. Targeted and Ethical Messaging: Leveraging AI for strategic, context-aware advertising in healthcare, ensuring messages reach the right audience ethically and effectively. 3. Innovation and Speed: Accelerating healthcare innovation through AI-driven data analysis, enabling faster development of treatments and responses to health needs.

Connecting brands with next-gen technology experiences.

AI use cases, predictions and existential threats The single top questions facing panelists at #CES Here’s a brief rundown from two great sessions Captured from: - CMO Insights: AI Driving Digital Transformation in Marketing  - Harness AI Innovation While Governing Risk The takeaway: companies must act with good intention, bring all groups together, move quickly and be creative. ❓ 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭? - "Using AI to analyze customer engagement data and social media to identify cultural moments to build affinity with audiences" (e.g. so Duolingo mascot shows up at a Kpop concert) - "Using AI to personalize learning" (eg. Duo Lingo introduces AI tutors for role playing with language learning. Giving more nuance and help scenarios) - "Allow advertisers to be in front of the right communities with right message at right time" (e.g. Reddit, Inc. with more sophisticated understanding of context and content opportunities) - "Put things into the world faster, see what they can do". (e.g. for Pfizer, it can help you invent amazing things faster. The explosion of data analysis to help develop drugs better.") - "Bias removal ability" (e.g. Adobe Firefly..."if searching for 'doctor', you won’t get the typical white male with grey hair. We’ll look at the country origin of your request, match population demos of that country to remove stereotypes and make the model more inclusive".) ❓𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐈? - "The immediate existential threat is to people, gender, races, religions. Any groups that are disenfranchised is an existential threat to society. The threats are about how your customers are using these tools now today" (NVIDIA) - "I’m nervous that authenticity has lost its meaning. That can concern a creative person. There has been missteps with deepfakes etc (Reddit) - "Companies that can embrace it and bring it into the fabric will soar above those who don't" (Reddit) - "AI can allow for marketers to think about creative and insights and allow AI to take care of the tasks" (Duo Lingo) - "AI models will help you proactively. Model transition from ‘response and query’ to ‘anticipation and suggestive’ based on what you’ve let it learn about you" (Qualcomm). - "AI is everyone’s job and is greatest help desk ever created. Technology is outpacing org structures. Pfizer CEO has mandated AI goals in everyone’s plans" (Pfizer) - "Biggest risk in ‘not doing it’. Not adopting AI will be like refusing to use the internet or a computer. Your entire company might not be relevant or will be disrupted by more nimble companies". (Adobe) Great insights from: Mary Ann Belliveau, Laura Hunt, Don McGuire, Emmanuel Orssaud, Drew Panayiotou, Alexandru Costin, Nikki P. #ces2024 #ethics #responsibleai #artificialintelligence #risk #aiadoption #innovation #bias

🔬💼 Insights from Oncologists: Balancing Time at Pharma Booths   We’re having thought-provoking conversations with oncologists regarding their interactions at congress booths during medical conferences. 🏥 Here are some key takeaways:   1. Prioritizing Efficiency: "I visit if they have something I want, but I'm here to work and don't want to waste my time." 💡 Oncologists are here for business, and their time is precious. They value efficient and targeted interactions.   2. Digital Engagement: "Interactive digital elements are good if I have nothing better to do, like wait for my plane." ✈️ Interactive tools catch their attention when they have time to spare. It's all about engaging them at the right moment.   3. Quick Scans: They scan QR codes from handouts while at their terminal or hotel. They gather print pieces but don't want to keep them. They scan before recycling then forward via WhatsApp to colleagues, if interesting. 📱 QR codes are a practical way to gather information, and sharing insights with peers is a common practice.   Understanding these behaviors helps us create more meaningful engagements. 🤝 💪 What would you add to this list? #ESMO2023 #Healthcare
