Welcoming Gavin Moore to White Brook Manufacturing! We're excited to introduce Gavin Moore, our new Co-Op student, who joined WBMFG this month. Gavin is from the Brookville area and is a local talent we're thrilled to have on board. Gavin attended Brookville High School and is now a full-time student at Jeff Tech, specializing in machine trades. As he wraps up his junior year, he's eagerly anticipating his senior year ahead. Gavin's passion for machining and creating finished products in a hands-on learning environment led him to pursue the machining program at Jeff Tech. We're honored that Gavin chose White Brook Manufacturing to help guide him on his career path, especially since we're conveniently located so close to his house! He will be training with Knox "Buffalo," who will undoubtedly provide excellent guidance and mentorship. In his spare time, Gavin enjoys participating in demolition derby competitions, a hobby he has enjoyed since 2022. We can't wait to learn more about him and feature him on a future post. Yesterday, the White-Brook Manufacturing team came together to celebrate Memorial Day with a fantastic cookout! We enjoyed delicious food, great company, and the beautiful weather, making it a day to remember. It was a wonderful opportunity to honor and remember the brave men and women who have served our country. We are grateful for their sacrifices and the freedoms we enjoy because of them. He found his way to us through a referral from a schoolmate. Starting off in janitorial services, Dale's dedication and eagerness to learn saw him transition smoothly into the role of a CNC operator. His journey from the maintenance floor to precision machining is a testament to his relentless drive and commitment to excellence. Dale finds fulfillment in the camaraderie he shares with his colleagues and the sense of accomplishment in achieving his career goals within White-Brook. Dale, your journey inspires us all, and we're grateful for your unwavering commitment to excellence. Next, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Robert Adams, who marks an incredible 43 years with White-Brook today! Robert's journey is deeply intertwined with the fabric of our company, being a second-generation machinist. His journey began with attending tech school for auto machinery, and he quickly made his mark starting from the lathe, navigating through hydraulics, and now specializing in automation building. Robert has been a witness to the evolution of White-Brook, from its early days in tool and die to its current state of innovation and excellence. When asked about his achievements, Robert humorously quips, "well, I never died at work," but his true pride lies in providing for his family and raising two wonderful daughters.
