In honor of Women’s History Month, we are spotlighting our incredible women in leadership at Weston Jewelers!
Tracey Dikes co-founded Weston Jewelers with her husband Edward in 2000. A former Division Chief for the State Attorney’s Office in Miami, Tracey handled a diverse array of cases ranging from traffic violations to homicides. In 1995, Tracey transitioned from her legal career to focus on raising her two kids, Danni and Jesse, before taking on the role of President of Weston Jewelers!
Tracey’s upbringing in the fashion industry, influenced by her father’s work as a clothing manufacturer in Canada, provided an easy segue into the world of jewelry. She applies her expertise in writing and communication to oversee various aspects of the business, from marketing initiatives to event planning and publication composition.
Tracey and Ed have been married for 33 years and are actively committed to giving back to the community, donating to organizations including the América Viva Alliance, Jewish Federation, JAFCO, Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, 211 Broward, and more.
Tracey feels so grateful to work alongside her two kids, husband, and a team that’s become family. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, taking pilates, and being the best dog mom to Finn and Sky!
