We are thrilled to celebrate Sarah Laaser-Webb, one of our outstanding volunteers, recognized at the Governor's Volunteer Awards Ceremony on June 25th at Ankeny High School! Nominated by our Community Engagement Coordinator, Sara Roberts, Laaser-Webb has been a Realtor with Re/Max of Ames & Gilbert since 2009. She got involved with YSS as a Licensed Iowa Foster Care Parent and has been an invaluable member of the YSS Friends Committee since. For the past 15 years, she has played a vital role in our Holiday Giving Program, giving her time, talent, and treasure. From donating large moving boxes for Holiday Giving Tree hosts at local businesses to sharing her agency’s enclosed trailer for the Summer Supply Drive, her dedication knows no bounds. Her years of unwavering commitment were recognized with a prestigious award from Governor Kim Reynolds .
