We've doubled the size of our programmatic joint venture with Ivanhoé Cambridge, the global real estate portfolio of CDPQ, to $500 million. Our partnership aims to make preferred equity investments in residential asset classes such as multifamily, student housing, and manufactured housing, across the U.S. These investments will focus on cash-flowing assets, primarily in top 25 MSAs, with investment horizons ranging from three to ten-years. Additionally, this initiative will address the growing need for preferred equity at an attractive cost of capital in the challenging debt capital market environment.
