    How would you respond to this? This email came to me 3 hours after a first interview. The interview was 30 minutes long and meant to be a quick screening conversation to ensure there was alignment before scheduling a more in-depth 90 minute interview. At the conclusion of the interview, candidate asked if I was ready to make an employment decision and offer him the position. I explained I had a few additional candidates yet to visit with and I would be sticking to our hiring plan. This email then comes in. How would you respond? For context, this is for a Sales Manager role. Leader of a sales team of 5-6 reps. “I believe!” Is a core value we have and he is using this as leverage for me to make a decision. #hr #hiring #saas #smallbusiness
