CEOs are currently reporting these promising statistics about the workforce in 2024: Over 25% of CEOs are planning higher pay raises for 2024 than 2023. 35% of CEOs have indicated that the hiring landscape is better than when 2024 started, while only 11% are reporting that it’s more difficult.
