About us
Visible Network Labs is a social enterprise composed of network scientists, evaluators, technologists & communicators using the PARTNER Platform and Methodology (www. partnertool.net). We are committed to helping the world build better, more effective cross-sector, collaborative networks. Inter-organizational Networks are becoming more and more critical way to work in the public and nonprofit sector. Joining with other organizations to share knowledge and resources and coordinate our efforts leads to greater impact and efficiency. However, many networks fail - one study suggests 3 out of 4 cross-sector networks fail to move the needle at all. We help network build a data-driven strategy that guides their collaboration towards greater success and impact. We create tools and technology that help networks gather the data they need to build and adapt their strategy. Our Learning Lab programs include virtual courses, in-person workshops and monthly webinars to master network leadership and evaluation skills. Finally, we provide consulting and evaluation services to partners that help them visualize their partnerships, demonstrate impact, and build strategies for the future. We look forward to connecting! 🔍 Curious about how network evaluations can enhance your collaborations? Here at Visible Network Labs, we've developed a comprehensive Network Evaluation Framework to provide deep insights into your partnerships. Our framework, honed through extensive surveys, interviews, and evaluations across various sectors, focuses on four key areas: 1. Network Structure: We analyze how partners connect, helping you reduce redundancy and streamline your collaborative efforts. 2. Connection Quality: By examining trust, power, and influence, we identify which relationships need support and which are robust. 3. Network Agreement: We assess the level of consensus on goals, tactics, and success, ensuring your network is aligned. 4. Attribution of Relationships: We determine whether partnerships predate the network or are a result of your relationship-building efforts, showcasing your impact to stakeholders and funders.
