This is Menelek, Call Center Director of Victors Home Solutions! 🏠 Menelek has been working for Victors since April of 2023! 🏠 He enjoys sports, comics, traveling, reading, and cooking. 🏠 His favorite thing about working for Victors is the culture here. Menelek states that it's the best working environment he has EVER been a part of. 🏠 Given one word to describe his team, it's resilient! This is Phil, General Manager of Victors Home Solutions - Toledo! 🏠 Phil grew up in Toledo, lived in California for a few years, and currently lives in Bowling Green, Ohio! 🏠 He loves to woodwork, watch sports, play golf, and play volleyball! 🏠 Fun fact about Phil, he is a United States Navy Veteran. 🏠 He relates most closely to our core value of Together. Phil prides himself on making sure that his team thrives. He loves to do stuff with his team and make sure they have the best experience possible working for Victors. 🏠 Phil's favorite thing about working for Victors is the people and being accountable for his branch!

People often ask... what is the culture like at Victors? 🤔 Well, this week we had a little bash to kick off Summer with a food truck, sunshine, and games. ☀️ Each branch partied hard and had the opportunity to not only celebrate their hard work for our homeowners for the first half of the year, but make some fun memories in the process! THIS is what it looks like to be part of the Victors family. We work hard AND play hard. 😎

This is Tasha, General Manager of Victors Home Solutions - Grand Rapids! 🏠 Tasha grew up in West Union, Ohio. A rural town in the southern part of the state! 🏠 She loves to be outside, doing all of the outside activities! Some of her favorite things include riding and rehabbing off track thoroughbreds, providing service dogs for veterans in need, reading, painting, and traveling to new places! 🏠 Fun fact about Tasha, she is a closet history fan. She has an interest in examining old battlefields and if you run into her will tell you her favorite. 🏠 She relates most closely to the core values of We Work Hard, We Do What's Right, and We Grow or Die. All of these encompass her personal core values along with those of the United States Army! 🏠 Tasha's favorite thing about working for Victors is our team. The amount of love and caring we bring to the table as a company, for the company, and for one another is immeasurable!
