On June 24, a U.S. District Court enjoined subsidiaries of Foxconn from pursuing arbitration in China against Vicor. The Foxconn subsidiaries had attempted to have arbitrators in China rule that their purchase orders for Vicor modules entitled them to royalty-free licenses to Vicor patents, including patents asserted in a pending investigation by the United States International Trade Commission (“ITC”).
