Save My Service Charge hosted their first virtual event, the Leaseholder Expo, with vFairs. The event focused on educating leaseholders about safety standards and fire hazards. By going virtual, Save My Service Charge was able to reach a wider audience of leaseholders who may not have been able to attend an in-person event. This allowed them to spread important information and connect with more people in the community. The decision to go virtual was a no-brainer for Save My Service Charge, as many of their exhibitors operate nationally. Hosting a local event would limit their reach, but a virtual platform gave them the opportunity to connect with leaseholders from all over. Want to learn more about their successful virtual event? First impressions matter. And your event landing page is the first impression you make between the event and potential attendees. This is where you will set the tone and convey the value of the event. Apart from that your event landing page ✔️ Is a central information hub. It has all the information related to the event. This includes details like the event agenda, speakers, location (or virtual platform details), and FAQs. Having all this information in one place makes it easier for attendees to find what they need and helps manage expectations. ✔️ Increases registrations. A well-designed event landing page simplifies the registration process. It provides clear calls to action (CTAs), such as "Register Now" or "Sign Up Today," which guide visitors toward registering. This can directly influence the conversion rate from visitor to registered attendee. ✔️ Helps you market and promote your event. The landing page serves as a pivotal marketing tool. It can be optimized for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and can also be integrated with social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic. ✔️ Allows you to collect valuable data. You can collect visitor information through registration forms, sign-ups, and inquiries. This data can be used for future marketing efforts, helping to build a community around the event or the brand. We've identified common mistakes organizations often make with their event landing pages. Here's your guide on how to avoid them 👇

Event planners, one key question to consider is: how far in advance do you typically start planning for an event? Some experts suggest starting 6-12 months ahead for larger events, while smaller events may only require 2-3 months of preparation. The best time to start event planning really depends on the size and complexity of the event. Factors such as venue availability, vendor bookings, and guest invitations all play a role in determining the timeline. What are your thoughts on this?
