Our people-first culture is one of the key reasons team members decide to join VetEvolve — and why they stay. It’s so important to us when they join that they understand our values, our history and what ‘Happy Starts Here’s means, so we’ve started to host culture immersion workshops for our new team members with CEO, Nick Lodestro and Chief People Officer, Jessica DeCesare, CVPM. This month it was in lovely Charlottesville, Virginia, and we are happy to welcome Sarah, DeLynn, David and Michael to the team. We hope you will be Happy Here!

It's feeling like a Mentorship Monday! Thanks to our student extern, Cameron, who shared with us how valuable her experience was at when she was an extern at two of our hospitals. Mentoring students comes naturally to many of our doctors, and we love hearing about how they are impacting veterinarians of the future! Reach out if we can help support you from the start! https://lnkd.in/eUtfuc79

Last week Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine alums and VetEvolve community doctors, Dr. Renee Addison of Verona Emergency Services and Dr. Vanessa Mitchell of Companion Animal Clinic, along with our Student Programs Partner, Ashley Anderson LVT, RLATg, CRCST, CHL, partnered with Ross students for a community outreach event in St. Kitts. The students and veterinarians educated pet owners on the importance of preventive care and provided vaccinations for hundreds of dogs and cats. Look for more on this event in future posts. We are so proud of our team and this great example of how they exemplify our core value of SERVE.
