VentureStack provides real estate investors with better deals. In today’s market, great value can be hard to find. We provide access to off-market properties that have been rigorously underwritten with the investor’s bottom line in mind. We understand that buying great deals is the quickest path toward financial freedom. -- Our proprietary marketing system allows us to acquire properties "off-market" for prices significantly under market value. We negotiate deals with our buyer's bottom line in mind. Therefore, each deal is run through our rigorous underwriting process. We have opportunities that suit most real estate investors' needs, gut rehabs, cosmetic flips, buy and holds, land developement, or BRRRR. In addition to helping active investors find their next deal, we also help investors reach their financial goals by passively investing in real estate. We're actively expanding to growing real estate markets across the country. We currently have a heavy footprint and are based out of North Carolina. Job growth, economic diversity, and population growth numbers in North Carolina are among the highest in the country. For real estate investors, the benefits include high occupancy rates, a high renter population, and an affordable entry price relative to other high-growth markets. In addition, North Carolina is a business and landlord-friendly state.
