🫀Clinical Case: Patient with no history of previous ablations, presenting with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and PVCs, experienced #afib termination during an anterior mitral isthmus line ablation, perfectly aligning with vMap identified hot spots in the anterior LA. 🔎 Prior to the ablation, a PVC was accurately mapped to a hotspot on the basal lateral RV. 🎯 The PVC was successfully terminated on the lateral free wall of the RV near the tricuspid valve. 👏 Dr. was impressed with the correlation between the hotspots & termination sites. #clinicalexperience #epeeps #cardiology
