Executive President to the Chairman of the Board, Marty Bell Junior are shared along with anecdotes surrounding the inception of this dessert-inspired delight.     It’s with immense pride that we can unveil a project that has been an ongoing labor of passion and innovation for all of us here at Vacation Inc. The Orange Gelée Revival Project.

Many years ago, an iconic suncare product known as "Orange Gelée” graced the world, capturing the minds and hearts of leisure enthusiasts and sunscreen connoisseurs worldwide. Its reign was legendary, and by the 1970s, it had become the undisputed staple of summer. But much to the dismay of thousands worldwide, the iconic sunscreen was officially discontinued in 2019. In the wake of its departure, a groundswell of nostalgia and fervent devotion emerged as over 10,000 signatures on Change .org echoed a collective plea for its return. And now, today, Vacation® is thrilled to announce the revival of this sun-soaked legend. That’s right, Orange Gelée is coming back — and it’s going to be better than ever. Introducing the Orange Gelée Revival Project. A joint initiative between Vacation® and Orange Gelée fans to bring back a revived version of the beloved and discontinued Orange Gelée suncare product by the summer of 2024. With a panel of 10 of the country’s most dedicated Orange Gelée superfans joined by leading beauty industry experts, we’re bringing back a sunscreen that not only feels inline with the original, but aligns seamlessly with modern beauty standards. Our sincerest gratitude extends to all members of the Orange Gelée Advisory Board and the Vacation® Product Development Panel. Your collective brilliance and thirst for innovation has certainly left an indelible mark on the leisure-sunscreen industry. I once bought an eponymous sample sized perfume from them online because I was intrigued by its description: BLENDING CLASSIC SUNSCREEN NOTES - COCONUT, BANANA, PINEAPPLE, ORANGE BLOSSOM, WITH CLASSIC POOLSIDE NOTES - POOL WATER, POOL TOY, SWIMSUIT LYCRA. Of course I had to have it. Fact: it’s all that and *more*?! It is yummy and I do say that as a professional beach and all things summer lover. BUT! All you marketing peeps out there - these people are brilliant!!
