USA for IOM is the International Organization for Migration (IOM)’s nonprofit partner in the United States.
About us
USA for IOM is the International Organization for Migration (IOM)’s nonprofit partner in the United States. Our Mission is to raise awareness about our global priorities, including: - Climate Change and Natural Disasters: assisting migrants displaced by a climate that endangers their wellbeing or livelihood. - Poverty and Conflict: helping those escaping complex emergencies including violence, destitution, and unstable environments. - Human-trafficking: protecting victims of trafficking in persons enslaved by the demand for cheap labor, sexual services, and other criminal activities. To achieve this goal, we spur action and investment for migration initiatives by fostering partnerships with academia, philanthropy, and the private sector AND by mobilizing support from the American people.
