UrologyLocums.com was founded in 2019 with the goal of becoming the industry standard in terms of quality, efficiency, and precision within the temporary physician staffing market. Our founders, a urologist and a long-time locums recruiter/consultant, felt that the existing locum tenens agencies were using outdated, inefficient methods and techniques that, if refined, could lead to cost savings for hospitals, a better experience for doctors, and a healthier environment for employees.
