About us
Based in Downtown San Antonio, Urbanize seeks to construct environmentally friendly affordable housing. We'll accomplish this in two ways; 1. Prioritizing tax credit qualified urban infill/redevelopment sites over suburban greenfield sites; and 2. Utilizing sustainable building materials and energy efficient fixtures. The end result should lead to the preservation of land, trees, and other natural resources. We plan to build a legacy portfolio and understand the financial and environmental impact of high quality sustainable materials.
