What is the best litigation job in Texas so far in 2024? It's available NOW and only through me. It is the firm most requested by litigation associates in Houston, hands down. Cravath base and bonus. Lowest attrition rate. Associates do not leave. Make Partner here after eight years out of litigation! Some make it in 6-7! Plus, it's a 3/2. Three days in the office, two at home. They haven't hired in a long time, so don't miss out. It won't be available much longer! All applicants must have a 3.6 from a T25 law school to be considered. No exceptions made, sorry.

Upperline has been open for 3 weeks and I have 16 LITIGATION JOBS in TX 4 are unposted, 11 are posted, 1 is unposted and through me only (and the best-lit job so far in 2024 - hands down, not even close) If you're a litigation associate in TX, the time to act is now. This is a unique summer hot-lit job market. The quickest way to connect with me is through my new email. 7 in Houston 1 in Ft. Worth and 6 in Dallas 2 in Austin Grad years differ widely by job, but generally, 2018-2022 law grads. 9 of the 16 are Cravath pay scale Several are only 20-40k off Cravath, so they are very close. Most require 3.4 GPA or higher. Some are much more selective. A mix of AmLaw 50, High-End Lit Boutiques, and AmLaw 100-200

Saturday 2L Texas Pre-Recruiting Update A student messaged me asking if all 2L jobs have been filled. NO! Yes, some firms do have offers out. I spoke to 2 Houston firms Friday that have 2L summer offers extended. It's important to note that the firms are at different stages of their recruitment process. Some are actively interviewing, and one large firm, in particular, has yet to start screeners. From what I'm seeing, students in the top 15% were actively interviewing at TX firms this week. A few have offers, but most don't. Some had screeners, while others had calls back. It's a long process! Hang in there, students! Keep applying, keep interviewing, and something will land soon! I promise!

I'm speechless for the first time in my life! Thank you, LinkedIn, for the outpouring of support on Tuesday. Wow, I felt the LI love! As I scrolled through the 400-plus likes and comments, I got emotional. Why? Seeing your names. Names of law students I helped during OCI. Names of associates that I had coffee with but decided to stay put. Names of associates I've moved to new firms over the past seven years. A handful of names of partners that I placed as associates who have now grown into new roles! There were so many names of internal law firm recruiting coordinators, managers, and directors. I rely on all of you daily to make my world run! Names of too many fantastic NALSC recruiters that I've met over the years. Names of family, high school friends, New Orleans friends, mom friends, and therapist friends who supported me in going out on my own. Most importantly, the names of my support team who helped me get open in a very rushed timeframe! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
