    Following up on our previous post, we are excited to share additional insights about our advanced AI phone voice agent, which has received a glowing review from a high-level AI developer! Here's what they had to say about its performance: Natural Language Understanding (NLU): The voice agent demonstrated exceptional comprehension of natural language, handling various accents and dynamic speech changes effortlessly. Our reviewer said: "Ava was able to understand my accent as well as other accents I threw at her. I was able to make a call and dynamically change my speech, she followed along very nicely. I was able to stop her mid sentence and begin a new query. It was natural and responded with very little lag. Sometimes there were brief pauses in the middle of a response but it was because I made a sound and she was trying to listen. When there was nothing to process, she continued with her response. Barging is a tough process to get right and have it sound natural. It worked very well." Speech Recognition Quality (STT): In noisy environments like coffee shops, the voice agent's ability to isolate and accurately transcribe questions was impressive. Our reviewer noted: "I was really impressed with how it handled voices in noisy environments, I was in a coffee shop yesterday and it was able to isolate my questions and deliver answers with accuracy." The feedback provided valuable insights into the capabilities and performance of our technology, this is part #1 of 6 insights into their evaluation, more to come! Intent Recognition: The developer noted the accuracy with which our voice agent understands and responds to user intents. They commented on the smooth transitions through various topics, highlighting that they could "weave in and out of different subjects with ease." Context Awareness: Our voice agent's ability to maintain and utilize context during conversations was particularly impressive. The developer attempted to challenge the system with questions like "What is NLP?" and "What is the difference between NLU and NLP?". The voice agent answered correctly and demonstrated robust mechanisms to handle complex queries. The expert observed, "The barriers are well constructed.
