In a recent episode, I spoke with Marc Watkins from the University of Mississippi about how generative AI is transforming student learning. Marc highlighted that the latest AI tools, like ChatGPT, are now multimodal, handling text, images, audio, and video. To explore this further, I interviewed my wife, Emily Bruff, a marketer for Zondervan Academic, about a multimodal project she completed for the book Know the Theologians. Emily used an AI image generator to create theologian trading cards, and we discussed how such tools can be applied to student assignments. Listen now. https://ow.ly/mNFu50SKtem

Higher Education is realizing that MBA and Supply Chain students need to understand cybersecurity, law students need to under risk, and in our new digital world, those students in Criminology need to understand cybersecurity forensics and audit. It will drive day-to-day legal tasks, with legal practitioners acting as supervisors and strategists. The most successful professionals won’t be the ones experimenting with generative AI — they will be the ones preparing for a legal industry that will look a lot different in 2034 than it does today.
