About us
The University of Chicago College Republicans is an organization where conservative, center-right, and otherwise independently-minded individuals meet not only to discuss current events, but also to shape them. Whether it's working on statewide campaigns in Illinois like Governor Bruce Rauner’s re-election, meeting with some of the movers and shakers in politics (ranging from former Cabinet Secretaries and Governors to intellectuals from groups like the Heritage Foundation), or working with on-campus media outlets like The Gate, our members have been able to see their political influence firsthand. We work hard to make an impact and our results remain unparalleled by any other group on campus.
