Drive the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business. Evaluate and refine staffing processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. 📢 Office Manager / Bookkeeper Needed 📢 Are you ready to embark on an exhilarating career journey? Universal Business Solutions (UBS) is growing and we’re looking for an Office Manager with a variety of skills that include (but are not limited to): maintaining/reconciling QuickBooks accounting; payroll; AR/AP invoices; supplier management; time tracking, reporting and approval; bank and credit card reconciliation; Report generation and tracking (sales, commissions, revenue, CPA tax, insurance audits, certifications, etc.); vendor management; Benefits coordinator (HR, insurance, background checks, off/onboarding); maintain/update and generate existing business contracts as needed. UBS is currently a small office with plans to grow quickly over the next 12 months. If you have experience managing or hiring staff that will be a plus. This position reports to the CEO. UBS is a 28+ year old company based in Alpharetta, Ga providing IT services with a software division providing patented software that enhances sales and communications for a variety of clients. If you're someone who thrives in a family-oriented, fun-loving, and self-motivated environment, UBS is THE place for you! Requirements: •       Detailed oriented •       Organized •       Highly proficient with QuickBooks Pro, Excel, Word •       Proficient with MS 365 and Office •       On-site 5 days per week (this is not a remote position) •       Experience with 3rd party payroll companies (i.e., Paychex) a Plus •       Experience using any CRM software a Plus •       Notary Public Certification a Plus (if not, would consider it) •       Bachelor’s degree Preferred -Accounting Degree a Plus •       2+ Years experience as a Bookkeeper •       FUN personality Salary expectations will be based on experience, but strong consideration with soft skills will determine the right fit.
