Congratulations to Sgt. Devin Garrett, who was sworn in Wednesday as an OIG State Center Investigations Team officer by Maj. Mark Tolerico. Sgt. Garrett will be assigned to the Richmond State Supported Living Center, where he will investigate cases of abuse and neglect amongst some of Texas’ most vulnerable citizens.
