About us

We are the modern classic, bringing the perfect fit and feel to timeless styles made accessible to the everyday man. Our philosophy has always been simple – we started out by just listening to what guys wanted and needed in a t-shirt. Our collection of everyday essentials is crafted with that same ethos and our customers in the driver’s seat. From ultra-comfortable denim (yes, we said comfortable and denim in the same sentence) to that first perfect fitting t-shirt that put us on the map, we design into premium quality fabrics made to last. But it’s about more than just the guys who wear our clothes – we donate thousands of shirts monthly to local communities in need and partner with the Tiny House Project to help solve rising homelessness within the Veteran community.     This business is a rocketship 🚀. The growth has been surreal. To fuel our journey to the moon, we clarified our 10-year vision and set an ambitious goal: "We will make 100M people look good and feel good with True Classic by 2034." But it's not enough to just say it; we had to make it more tangible. During All Hands last Thu, I asked our team to "close your eyes. Take a deep breath and imagine it's 6/6/2034. You just got a text from your best friend, congratulating you on your incredible accomplishment & linking you to a Forbes article. You click on the link, and it covers the breaking news about our achievements..." I read the article to them slowly, which touched every aspect of our business. It felt real, attainable, and exciting. You could sense the electric energy in the room. When they opened their eyes, the article was right there in front of them. Timestamped 6/6/2034 9:37am ET. It inspired our team to aim bigger & do better. It reinforced our commitment to empowering people to look good and feel good. I am posting it publicly so we can all reflect 10 years from now on how far we've come.     When it comes to our work, there’s nothing more rewarding than being reminded why we do what we do. Last Friday, our True Classic All Hands meeting featured a very special guest: James Bianco, one of our loyal Insiders. James shared how True Classic has positively impacted his life since his wife introduced him to the brand a few years ago. James’ story energized our team and underscored our love for the community we serve. Not only did his experience help us prioritize key decisions, it also sharpened our perspective on how to best support all of our incredible customers as we move forward.     Meet Breanna Moreno 👋 She’s our VP of Customer Experience and is our trusted expert on anything and everything that impacts our consumer. And, considering how important our True Classic community is to our decision making as a brand, it’s no small job. Breanna’s biggest motivations are her teammates (🥹🫶), the True Classic Story, and the impact her work can have on the folks who shop with us. Currently, she’s working on building a more robust platform for our customer support teams, with the greater intention of shifting the perspective on customer experience as a whole.
