🎣TRITEC Building Company employees joined Long Island Home Builders Care, Inc., the charitable partner of the Long Island Builders Institute, for their 2nd Annual Summer Fishing Trip. Three ships were packed with eager fishers, all set to catch the biggest fish and raise money for a great cause. We had an amazing time participating in and supporting this wonderful event!

We're thrilled to announce that homebuilder Lennar is expanding its presence at Kincora, our 424-acre development in Loudoun County, Virginia. Lennar has purchased 9.2 acres and plans to construct 246 two-over-two condos, with site work starting this summer. Lennar's previous project, Lennar at Kincora, completed in 2019, was a massive success, with homes selling out quickly. Now, they’re returning to bring more beautiful homes to our vibrant community. Check out the latest progress report at Station Yards this June, from residential construction to new retail spaces and exciting community events!
Exciting updates this month! The last residential building for The Core apartments, Building Four, is progressing with sheetrock installation. Multiple retail spaces are advancing in construction, with our first tenants gearing up for late summer openings. The retail fit-out construction is fully underway with Redefine Meals leading the way with a planned opening this summer. Bethpage Federal Credit Union, Great South Bay Brewery, and an urgent care facility managed by Catholic Health are not far behind and are fully engaged in their fit-out construction. Closing out our list of those businesses in the process of commencing to ready their spaces are Tap Room, Poki Poke, Toast Coffee + Kitchen, VESPA Italian Kitchen & Bar, Lucharitos and Artemis Speakeasy soon. The public area is buzzing with activity as residents and visitors enjoy the beautiful space. On June 8th, we hosted our first event, “Fitness on the Green with The Trainer Page,” which was a massive hit with full-capacity workout sessions. We’ve installed lighting throughout the paseo, creating a perfect ambiance for the entrance to the new speakeasy. Phase 2B, located across the street from Phase 2A on Hawkins Avenue, has started clearing with planning approval. Our team is actively working with the community to plan more events for everyone to enjoy. Stay tuned for more updates and happenings at Station Yards!
