Last week, Alumni Venture’s portfolio company, Trestle, hosted a real estate construction tech event with The Society for Construction Solutions (SCS) at our NYC office. The panel, featuring Victor Zhang P.E. (CEO of Trestle), Jackson Feder (Investor at MetaProp), and Jacob Shavel (Innovation Manager at Iovino Enterprises, LLC.), discussed key topics in the ConTech space: ▶ Navigating the ConTech ecosystem ▶ Aligning stakeholder incentives ▶ Building relationships between contractors, tech companies, and investors The event highlighted the interconnected relationships among #Contech startups, their clients, and #VC investors, showcasing how each leverages the others to achieve common goals. High audience engagement and insightful panel discussions emphasized the importance of these relationships within the construction industry. The evening ended with networking, new connections, and great pizza 🍕.
