A: I'm inspired by genuine people. Those that are who they are no matter where they are. They have the same caring personality and demeanor no matter the environment or individuals in that environment. Q: What advice would you give to someone starting out in your field? A: Figure out what about a career in Tech or Engineering they enjoy the most and to pursue that thing. The thing that they would still enjoy if there was no pay involved. Q: How do you spend your free time? A: I am inspired by the process of learning something new and the challenge of solving problems. Q: What advice would you give to someone starting out in your field? A: Don’t wait for somebody to hand you something, you are all you need to be successful. Take the time to learn and try different things, and finally, showing up on time consistently is half the battle. Q: What do you like to do in your free time? A: I love to spend my time hiking, kayaking, and generally being outdoors. I like to visit and spend time in small towns, especially in the mountains. I enjoy finding and tasting new craft beers and experiencing different breweries.
